Editorial

Well, here we go again. We hope you’re enjoying this ever-changing weather at the moment. Just remember to keep up your Vitamin C intake to ward off bugs and greeblies!

There’s not too much happening just at the moment but we’ll try and keep you advised of things as they come to hand.

Included this month is an update on CATS, an update on Wardrobe personnel, and an exciting invitation.

So, here we go!

Changes of Address

When sending out reminders for membership subscriptions recently, we had quite a few returned stating “Gone no address”. Therefore, could you please ensure you advise us of any change of address you have. If you also know of anyone this may apply to, please ask them to contact the Abbey to change their details. Thank you.

Wardrobe Update

For your information, Ruth Borlase (Wardrobe Co-ordinator) is on leave from Wardrobe for three months and in her absence, Jillian Bell is Acting Wardrobe Co-ordinator, with assistance from Gwen Millar on Friday evenings and Saturdays. So, remember to visit these lovely ladies for all your costuming requirements (for membership discounts please remember to take you current membership card).

CATS Production 2005

This year CATS are staging Peter Pan: The Croc Rock Musical. This fractured fairytale rocks with fresh catchy tunes in an energetic show that appeals to all age groups.

Urgently Wanted! Please Help …

CATS are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to be the Production Manager for Peter Pan: The Croc Rock Musical. This show will be on stage from 26 September to 1 October 2005. If you are able to assist, please contact the Administrator at the Abbey on 355 4165.
