Editorial
Well the big news for this month is auditions for our Christmas show Back to the 80's, to be staged in the Abbey Theatre in November and December 2005.
Prior to the Christmas show, however, is our CATS production of 'Peter Pan: The Crock Rock Musical'. It will be on stage at the Abbey during the last week of the next school holidays in September. So please come along and support our future stars, and beat the school holiday blues.
From the Board
- Thank you to those people who helped out during the recent garage sale/clean-up at our lock-up facility. Your assistance was greatly appreciated and contributed to a successful day.
- Thank you also to those members who returned their forms updating their contact details and interests. The winner of the dinner for two at The Bath House was Jayne McQueen. Congratulations Jayne.
- It is with sadness that we advise you that three of our members have passed away recently - Allan Gibson (Life Member), Bill Lundy and Elaine Morgan. Our condolences and sympathies are extended to their families and friends.
- We have received notification that entrants in this year's Christmas Parade are being called for. Are you interested, therefore, in organising a float on behalf of AMT If so, please contact the Administrator on (06) 355 0499, or via email on admin@abbeymusicaltheatre.co.nz.
